About organise pages
This shows you every page of your PDF as a picture, so you can rearrange the document by dragging pages around rather than working out page numbers in your head. Pick a page up, drop it where you want it, and a blue line shows exactly where it will land.
Each page also has its own rotate and delete buttons, which appear when you hover over it. There are rotate-everything buttons for the whole document, an Undo for every step, and a Reset that puts it all back.
This is the tool for a stack that came out of the scanner in the wrong order, a signature page that needs moving to the front, or a document with a few sideways pages and a blank sheet to remove. Because you can see the pages, you spot the problem instead of guessing at numbers.
Questions about organise pages
How do I move a page?
Click and hold it, then drag. A blue line shows where it will be inserted, and the page you are carrying fades so you can see the gap it leaves. Release to drop it there.
How do I reverse the whole document?
Drag the last page to the front, then the next one, and so on. For a long document it is quicker to use the Extract pages tool and enter a backwards range such as 20-1.
Can I undo a mistake?
Yes. Undo steps back through every move, rotation and deletion one at a time, and Reset returns the document to how it arrived.
Does deleting a page here change my original file?
No. Nothing happens to the file on your computer. You are building a new version, which you get when you press Download.
